Between 4 and 8 October 2025, Dr. Carlos Cunha visited Dr. Jernej Kaluža at the Faculty of Social Sciences for a Short-Term Scientific Mission (STSM). During his stay, he focused on strengthening the Privacy White Paper draft, which examines grassroots privacy initiatives and creative computing practices across Europe.
Dr. Cunha expanded the existing case studies and contributed new material that documents, analyses, and critically reflects on how these initiatives navigate, resist, and reshape the digital infrastructures of surveillance capitalism. He then edited the full 90-page manuscript, developing a comprehensive structure and adding a detailed glossary. His work resulted in a significantly expanded and finalized version of the White Paper.
