Funding & Grants
Want to contribute to our Action? Need Funding ?
Are you active in or are researching European digital grassroots movements, and would like to help us in the effort of making knowledge around them openly accessible for everyone?
We are excited to work with you – and are happy to support you in your endeavour.
Our grant awards are open to researchers as well as the creative computing community outside of academia (“Innovators”) who want to collect and disseminate knowledge about these movements. You will need an e-COST-profile, and also be willing to sign up to GRADE, in order to ensure that our support towards your work is transparent.
COST, and by that our action, is committed to FAIR and Open Science principles (link FAIR data – Wikipedia), and Open Access to your work is strongly encouraged.
Inquiring especially about creative actors, we are committed to respect author’s rights to their works, and strongly recommend everyone to embrace Creative Commons licenses (link Creative Commons license – Wikipedia) and make sure to indicate them in any artwork used, so they may be reusable by future work and research for the same purpose.
