A special meeting of the GRADE Extended Core Group took place in Brussels (Belgium) on 1–2 October 2025.
This year’s meeting focused on consolidating the achievements of the Action’s final grant period and preparing for the upcoming White Papers, final deliverables, and closing events. Discussions centered on:
integrating outputs from each Working Group into the forthcoming White Papers and policy recommendations;
ensuring the long-term sustainability of the network beyond the lifetime of the Action;
strengthening communication, outreach, and dissemination activities, including the coordination of hybrid exhibitions and stakeholder workshops.
The meeting resulted in concrete plans for final reporting, deliverable preparation, and public engagement. The group also reviewed progress on ongoing grants, publications, and collaborations across the network.
In addition, the Extended Core Group scheduled six events for 2026, including three main Action-wide meetings and three Working Group–specific workshops, to ensure continued collaboration and dissemination beyond the project’s final phase.
